Willard McCoy

 Willard Ronald McCoy, age 68, of Vine Grove, formerly of Hodgenville, passed away, Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at University of Louisville Hospital.

He loved the Lord, was always an example of a Christian man to strangers and friends. Willard was a loving husband and father he enjoyed building things, working with his hands and loved people.

Willard was preceded in death by his father, Garnie McCoy.

He is survived by his wife, Rene McCoy; three sons, Travis (Shannon) McCoy of Elizabethtown, Daniel McCoy of Vine Grove, Aaron McCoy of Lexington; a granddaughter, Savannah McCoy; three sisters, Lisa (Tommy) Pike of Vine Grove, Anita (David) Burges of Radcliff, Yvonna (Bill) Stone of Virginia; five brothers, Garnie Jr. McCoy of Vine Grove, Bruce (Janet) McCoy of Florida, Kevin (Shanova) McCoy of Guston, Glen McCoy of Vine Grove and Merril McCoy of Vine Grove. and his mother, Lilly McCoy.

Cremation was chosen. A memorial service will be scheduled for a later date by the family.
