Wanda "Nonnie" Leona Bell

Wanda Leona “Nonnie” Bell, age 75, of Campbellsville, passed away, Sunday, April 3, 2022, at her residence.

She was a retired accountant with over 40 years service, an animal activist, a nature lover, the matriarch of her family and the glue that kept the family together.  

Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, Bernard L. and Wanda Nadean Cornish Bell.

She is survived by her sister, Nancy Blankenship of Campbellsville; three nieces, Amy Carter and Maxie Blankenship both of Campbellsville and Jackie Huffman of Mt. Sherman; a nephew, Bub Blankenship of Campbellsville; three aunts, Doris Mattingly, Florence Barnett and Gwen Shely; an uncle, Larry Cornish and many cousins, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 6, at Levelwoods Methodist Church with Bro. Allen Firquin officiating. Cremation will follow.

Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. at the church.
