Terry "Turtle" Aubrey

Terry Wade “Turtle” Aubrey, age 58, of Elizabethtown, passed away, Thursday, March 27, 2025, at Sunrise Manor Nursing Home in Hodgenville.

He worked for Wrights 210 for several years and had a love and passion for building late model Chevy trucks.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford Eugene and Geraldine Gowens Aubrey; two sisters, Debra Davis and Patricia Gibson and a brother Jr. Aubrey.  

He is survived by a daughter, Makayla Aubrey of Shepherdsville; a son, James Aubrey of Hodgenville and a sister, Eugenia (Lawrence Riggs) Underwood.  

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, April 3, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville with Pastor Wendell Cook officiating. Burial will follow in Buffalo cemetery.

Visitation will be held 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday and after 9 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
