Sue Money Sandidge, age 80, of Hodgenville, passed away, Tuesday, December 26, 2023, at Baptist Health Hardin.
Sue loved Jesus, loved her family and loved her church. God gifted her with a servant’s heart, and she used that amazing gift to impact the lives of so many people throughout her lifetime. She was always thinking about others and how she could help make their lives easier while sacrificing her own time. She had a way of making any occasion special for her family, especially Christmas which was her favorite holiday. She always made sure everything in her house was beautifully decorated for each season and occasion. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends, but we take comfort that she is in a presence of Jesus for all eternity.
Sweet Sue passed away Monday night at 11:59. In true Sue fashion she soaked up every Christmas minute she could and got the best Christmas gift ever. Meeting Jesus and no more suffering. She was a housewife and a member of Buffalo Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George William and Commie Justus Sullivan Money; four sisters, Agnes Warren, Annas Coleman, Cora Faulkner and Lois McAnelly; two brothers, Parson Money and Gene Money.
Sue is survived by her husband, Terry Sandidge; two sons, Kelly (Kellie) Sandidge and Scott (Katie) Sandidge all of Hodgenville; four grandchildren, Adam (Courtney Drury) Sandidge, Chloe (Devin Taliferro) Sandidge, Jacob (Ashlyn) Sandidge, Macie (Ethan Circle) Sandidge; a great-grandson, Drayden Cole; a sister, Eleanor (Lilburn) Hedgespeth of Campbellsville; a brother, George (Sue Ellen) Money of Hodgenville and many nieces and nephews.
