Steven Dale Lawson

Steven Lawson, age 57, of Magnolia, passed away, Sunday, December 13, 2020, at University of Louisville Hospital.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 20 years, Diana Lawson; his grandparents, Luther “Cheek” and Mary Elizabeth Lawson, Roy and Mary Cruse and one grandchild.

Steven is survived by his wife, Cherryle Lawson; four children, Kristy (Brandon) Bischoff, Bella Tucker, Sophia Samuels and Serenity Samuels; his parents, Clyde “Wilkie” and Eva Cruse Lawson; a sister, Sherry (Ron) Knox; seven stepchildren, Michael (Brenda) Maggard, Christy Hudson, Amanda Mikesell, Ashley Samuels, Andrea Knauer, Alley Tucker and Logan (Sarah) Raymond; 30 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 12 noon (ET), Saturday, December 18, at Dixon-Rogers Funeral Home in Magnolia with Bro. Troy Benningfield officiating. Burial will follow in Hammonsville Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 pm (ET), Friday and after 10 am (ET) Saturday at the funeral home.
