Stephen J. "Pete" Bell Obituary

Stephen J. “Pete” Bell, age 57, of Green County, passed away Monday, August 15, 2022, at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown.

He was a self-employed carpenter, enjoyed riding on his pontoon boat, was an avid NASCAR fan and loved eating hamburgers.

Pete was preceded in death by his parents, George A. “Dody” Bell and Minnie Frances Carman.

He is survived by wife, Stephanie Posey; a son, Justin Edwards; a brother, Dody Bell; two sisters, Kay Walker and Lisa (Mark) Rodgers; several nieces and nephews and his cat, Smoke.

Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, August 17, at Dixon-Rogers Funeral Home in Magnolia, with cremation to follow.
