Shirley Faye Estes Shive, age 76, of Hodgenville, passed away, Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at her residence.
She made a profession of faith at an early age and attended Steadfast Baptist Church, retired from Central Kentucky Chemical where she worked with her brother-in-law, Neil Beauchamp for over 20 years, she loved gardening and cooking.
Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Larry J. Shive; her son, DeWayne Shive; her parents, Lee and Beulah Walker Estes and a sister, Bonnie Beauchamp.
She is survived by two daughters, Daphne (Michael) Hornback and Lori (Gary) Brown all of Hodgenville; two grandchildren, Travis Hornback and Miranda Hornback
Funeral services will be 12 p.m. Saturday, November 4, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville with Bro. Tim Dudley officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Tabor Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and continue after 9 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Travis Hornback, Chris Shive, Doug McClure, Jerry McClure, Daryl McClure and Terry McClure.
