Roy G Locke

Roy G. Locke, age 68, of Hodgenville, passed away Tuesday, September 15, 2020, at his residence.

He attended the LaRue County Church of Christ; was a graduate of Hart County High School in Munfordville and worked in the transportation department for Communicare for many years.

Roy was preceded in death by his parents, George Robert and Marie Price Locke; a sister, Mary Ella Simpson; three brothers, John, Ray and Darrell Locke and a nephew, Dewayne Simpson.

He is survived by two brothers, Clarence Locke of Boston and Frankie Locke of Hodgenville; a step-son, Chris Cowles of Ohio; four nieces and nephews, Anne Locke, Ricky Simpson, Shawna Smith and Jessie Locke; his caregiver, Bonita Hutcherson of Hodgenville and several great-nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1 PM, Friday at Dixon-Rogers Funeral Home in Magnolia with burial to follow in the Pikeview Cemetery.

Visitation begins after 10 AM, Friday at the funeral home.
