Robert "Bob" Lee Roberts

Robert Lee “Bob” Roberts, age 80, of Hodgenville, passed away, Friday, December 31, 2021, at Sunrise Manor Nursing Home in Hodgenville.

He was retired from General Electric in Louisville and did carpenter and mechanic work on the side.

Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Metcalf Roberts; his parents, Fred Roberts and Dorothy Milleson Miller and a brother, Gary Evans.

He is survived by a daughter, Cindy Sallee of Hodgenville; a son, Mike Roberts of Elizabethtown; four grandchildren, Amber Roberts, Brittany (Terry) Thompson, Kelli Rogers and Josh Roberts; eight great-grandchildren, Brooklyn, Caleb, Andrew, Dakota, Chloe, Willow, Lilly and Delilah; two special friends, James Sallee and Leroy  

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, January 3, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville with Bro. Sid Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday and after 9 a.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
