Randy Stephens, age 65, passed away Friday, June 17, 2022, at his home in White City.
He was preceded in death by his father, Leonard Stephens.
Randy is survived by his mother, Martha Stephens; a sister, Carrie Stephens; a brother, Jeff (George Ann) Stephens; all of White City and four nephews.
In keeping with his wishes, Randy donated his body to science at U of L Medical Center and no services are planned at this time.
Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville is in charge of the local arrangements.
