Phyllis Ward

Phyllis June Ward, age 77, passed away, January 8, 2026, at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bradley Ward; her parents, Alfred Porter and Goldie Skaggs; three brothers, Paul, Ronnie, Kenny; three sisters, Louis, Kathy and Linda.

She is survived by a son, David Lee (Tina) Ward; four grandchildren, Samantha Leigh-Ann Ward, Margaret Ellen Johnson, Damon Lee Johnson, Christina (John) Pearman; four great grandchildren, Kayleighana June, Dawson Kyler Lee, Ella Raelyn, Noah Wayne and two sisters Mary and Francis.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 14, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville with Bro. Mitch Whidden officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Separate Baptist Church near Magnolia.

Visitation will be held 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday and after 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
