Peggy Lynn Timberlake

Peggy Lynn Timberlake, age 69, of Elizabethtown, passed away, Sunday, May 18, 2025, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville.

She was a member of Munfordville Baptist Church and a retired Supervisor of Medical Records for Hardin Memorial Hospital.

Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, Mitchell Timberlake and her parents, Eugene and Anita Roark Sidebottom.

She is survived by two sons, Eric (Amy) Sidebottom of Georgetown and Travis (Jillian) Timberlake of Louisville; five grandchildren, Reagan and Adelynn Sidebottom, Lucy, Sam and Kate Timberlake; three sisters, Sharon (Carl) Howell of Hodgenville, Karen Burch of Hodgenville and Rebecca Gary of Elizabethtown; two brothers, Michael (Sue) Sidebottom of Elizabethtown and James Sidebottom of Texas.

Funeral services will be 11 A.M. (ET) Friday, May 23, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville with Pastor Jamie Bennett officiating. Burial will follow in the Timberlake Cemetery in Hart County.

Visitation will be 5 to 8:30 P.M. (ET) Thursday and continue after 9 A.M. on Friday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be: Eric Sidebottom, Travis Timberlake, Marty Lee, Justin Thomas, Mike Sidebottom and Hayden Edlin.

Honorary Pallbearer: Sam Timberlake.
