Paul Waldeck

Paul Waldeck, age 42, of Raywick, passed away Friday, June 27, 2025, at his residence.

He was a fantasy football guru, a wrestling fan, an NFL fan and a University of Kentucky fan. What he enjoyed the most was being a dad.

Paul was preceded in death by his father, Norman Waldeck and a sister, Leeann Saltsman.

He is survived by his wife, Nikki Waldeck; a daughter, Rylee Waldeck; a son, Connor Waldeck; his mother, Lisa Waldeck and his step father, Todd Huffer, both of Elizabethtown; two brothers, Trigg Waldeck of Elizabethtown and Jeff Waldeck of Springfield as well as several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Funeral Mass will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, July 3, at St. Francis  Xavier Catholic Church in Raywick with Fr. Scott Wimsett officiating.

Visitation will be held 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville.  

Pallbearers will include; Travis Beard, Robert Caswell, Jimmy Haynes, Matt Roberts, Scott Emerson and Trigg Waldeck. Honorary pallbearers will be Bradley Huckleby, Luke Emerson, Jacob Logsdon and Daniel Mattingly.
