Patti Jean Rock Reynolds, age 70, of Magnolia, passed away Friday April 11, 2025, at University of Louisville Hospital, surrounded by her family.
She was a lifelong member of Middle Creek Baptist Church where she enjoyed teaching Vacation Bible School and was a park ranger for Abraham Lincoln Birthplace National Historic Park for 38 ½ years. Patti had a bright smile that would light up any room; was kindhearted and a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and mother-in-law. She poured her heart into her family, to know Patti was to love her!
She was preceded in death by her parents, Waller and Joyce Nicholas Rock; her grandparents, Logan and Sudie Nicholas and Roy and Ruby Rock and a sister, Brenda Rock Buchanan.
Patti is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Donald L. Reynolds; a daughter, Karen (Brad) Hines and a son, Brian (Cheyenne) Reynolds, all of Magnolia; four grandchildren, Rylan and Kaylee Hines, Bentley Baird and Piper Reynolds; four brothers, Danny (Shirl), Jerry (Melinda), Gary and Mark (Melissa) Rock, all of Hodgenville; a precious lifelong friend and neighbor, Christine Lobb and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. (ET), Wednesday, April 16, at Dixon-Rogers Funeral Home in Magnolia with Bros. Jim Webster and Robbie Fairley officiating. Burial will follow in Red Hill Cemetery in Hodgenville.
Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. (ET), Tuesday and after 10 a.m. (ET), Wednesday at the funeral home.
