Norma Jean Conner

Norma Jean Conner, age 91, of Buffalo, passed away, Saturday, April 13, 2024, at Baptist Health Hardin.

She was a member of Buffalo Baptist Church and an educator for over 35 years with the LaRue County School System.

Norma was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Gordon Conner in 2009; her parents, Hulet and Grace Cobb Sutherland; two brothers, James and Robert Sutherland.

She is survived by a son, Kenley (Dawn) Conner of Hodgenville; a sister, Mary B. Poore of Buffalo; five grandchildren, Emily, Ben, Hannah, Eli and Maddie; four great-grandchildren with two on the way.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, April 20, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville, Bro. Ryan Coffey and Bro. Rodney Rogers officiating.

Burial will follow in Buffalo Cemetery.

Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and after 9 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
