Nina Genrose Gardner Williams, age 93, of Hodgenville, passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown.
She was a member of First Baptist Church in Hodgenville and retired from GE in Louisville.
Genrose was preceded in death by her husband, Dean Williams; her parents, Harry Birch and Alpha Polley Gardner; a brother, Bro. Ferrill Gardner; two sisters, Wilma Bradshaw and Ilma Whittaker and a step-grandson, Brad Toohey.
She is survived by two sons, Glenn (Janet) Williams and Scott (Rosanna) Williams, all of Hodgenville; two grandsons, David Scott Williams of Florida and Nathan Kirk Williams of Hodgenville; five great-grandchildren, Alexis (Jake) Johnson, Brooke Williams, Tanner Williams, Hannah Williams and Mallory Williams; three step-grandchildren, Dylan Toohey, Jolie Ballard and Paisley Toohey and a special caregiver, Latessia Skaggs.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 10, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville with Revs. George Smith and Louis Humes officiating. Burial will follow in Magnolia Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday and after 9 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
