Margie Brewer

Margie Brewer, age 75, of the Levelwoods community, passed away, Monday, March 24, 2025, at Select Medical Hospital in Danville.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Elzie and Sadie Warren Brewer; four sisters, Catherleen Brewer, Alene Skaggs, Betty Brewer and Norma Skaggs and six brothers, Harold Brewer, Harrison Brewer, Eugene Brewer, Heistand Brewer, James Brewer and Daniel Brewer.

Margie is survived by her sister, Shellie Allen; a special niece and friend, Sandy Skaggs and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 28, at Levelwoods United Methodist Church with Bro. Wallace Votaw officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday and after 9 a.m. Friday at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville.

Margie’s pallbearers will be Steve Brewer, Jonathan Brewer, Dale Douglas, Mike Allen, David Brewer, Jeff Brewer, Tyler Sullivan and Mark Allen; honorary pallbearers are Spartarus LaBrie, Darrell Skaggs, Larry Skaggs, and the ladies of Levelwoods United Methodist Church.
