Lonnie Metcalf

Lonnie Metcalf, age 75, of Hodgenville, passed away, Sunday, November 23, 2025, at Baptist Health Hardin.

He was retired from GE in Louisville after 35 years, an avid woodworker and a member of Salem Christian Church.

Lonnie was preceded in death by parents, Charlie and Nannie Martin Metcalf; a granddaughter, Hannah Metcalf; three brothers, Roy, Raymond, and his twin brother, Ronnie; four sisters, Beulah South, Nancy Thompson, Joyce Roberts and Barbara Stillwell.

He is survived by a son, Jeff (Ashley) Metcalf; three grandchildren, Ethan (Raegan) Metcalf, Ariel Metcalf and Emily Metcalf; a great-granddaughter, Tatum Metcalf; three step-grandchildren; Alyssa, Kayden and Evan Vittitow.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 29, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home, Bro. Sid Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.

Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and after 9 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
