Linda Ruth Clark Craft, age 84, of Hodgenville, passed away, Thursday, July 3, 2025, at University of Louisville Hospital.
A native of Green County, she was a member of Hodgenville United Methodist
Church. She taught 32 years in LaRue County School Systems and was a part-time teacher for 12 years at Elizabethtown Community College. She spent her first year teaching in a one room schoolhouse.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George Roderrick and Mollie Blaydes Clark.
Linda is survived by her husband, Prentiss Nelson Craft; a daughter, Shannon (Todd) Brown of Cynthiana, a son, Justin Craft of Hodgenville; a granddaughter, Emily (Cameron) Northcutt; two step-grandchildren, Will and Drew Brown; a sister, Carroll (Jimmy) Shaw of Hodgenville and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Sunday, July 6, 2025, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville with Bro. Cameron Rash officiating. Burial will follow in Buffalo Cemetery.
Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
