Leslie Virgil Pickerell

Leslie Virgil Pickerell, age 94, of Buffalo, passed away, Monday, September 20, 2021, at his residence.

He was a veteran having served in WWll  for the Navy and in Korea for the Army.

Virgil was preceded in death by his parents William Elliott and Mary Johnson Pickerell; two sisters, Dorothy Howell and Gracie Underwood; four brothers, Raymond, William, Ralph and Edwin Pickerell.

He is survived by two sons, Brad (Marlyne) Pickerell and Leslie PIckerell both of Buffalo; a Daughter Vickie K. Cooper of Texas; three grandchildren and one great- grand child.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Thursday, September 23, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville with Bro. Sid Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in the Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be 9:30 am to 2 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
