Leonard Saunders Jr.

Leonard Saunders Jr, age 68, of Hodgenville, passed away, Monday, May 5, 2025, at Kensington Manor Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center in Elizabethtown.  

Leonard was a simple man and wished to share, The Lords Prayer.

Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us for our trespasses,

As we forgive those who trespass against us,

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

For thine is the kingdom and the power, and the glory, forever and ever.  Amen.

And to all his family and friends, “Ill see ya later”.

Leonard was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Eugene English Saunders Sr. and a sister, Gladys Thurman.

He is survived by a sister, Shirley (William) Cobb.

Cremation was chosen. No services are scheduled at this time.
