Larry David Shoffner

Larry David Shoffner, age 72, of Mt. Sherman, passed away Friday, September 9, 2022, at his residence.

He was retired from Shoffner Brothers construction. He loved the outdoors and spending time with his family and friends at his cabin.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Chester and Amy Despain Shoffner; seven brothers, Denny, Lawrence, Coy, Ruhel, Garnett, Mickey and Thomas Shoffner and a brother in law, Harold “Lucky” Bray

He is survived by his wife, Emma Shoffner; two sons, Larry Mike (Angie) Shoffner, Keith David (Glenetta) Shoffner all of Indiana; a step daughter, Kristina (Jose) Barrera; a step son, Cody Schutt; two sisters, Faye Bray and Betty (Jim) McGarvey; a brother, Ronnie (Norma) Shoffner; two grandchildren Hunter Shoffner and Mason Shoffner; two step grandchildren, Isabelle Barrera and Makayla Schutt as well as several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, September 12, at Dixon-Rogers Funeral Home in Magnolia with cremation to follow.
