Judy Howell Hahn, age 79, of Bardstown, passed away, at her home, on Friday, August 11, 2023.
She was born October 21, 1943, in Hodgenville, Kentucky; Judy was a registered nurse, working in the ER at Hardin Memorial Hospital and also at VNA Health and Home. She was a dedicated nurse and loved working with her patients, an avid UK Wildcat fan and loved her little dog, Hoby.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Rodney and Boots Howell and her brother, Connie Howell.
She is survived by her loving husband, Ronald Hahn of Bardstown; a daughter, Rhonda (Patrick) Sims of Florida; a son, Brad (Donia) Lawson of Elizabethtown; two sisters, Joan Lasley of Ohio and Barbara (Mike) Harbin of Hodgenville; four grandchildren, Dustin (Meghan) Russell, Maggie Russell, Victoria Lawson and Patrick Lawson; a great-granddaughter, Alice Russell and a great-grandson on the way, Emmett Russell; four step-children, Rhonda (Tim) Fenwick, Cheryl (Brian) Stevens, Melanie (Jason) Caple and Ron (Beth) Hahn; step-grandchildren, Will Fenwick, Courtney Bentley, Caitlyn Stevens, Haylee Caple, Austin McDill, Blake Caple, Brent Caple, Shelby Hahn, Regan Hahn; step-great-grandchild, Colton Bentley.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, August 18, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville with Bro. Sid Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday and continue after 9 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
