Hope Reeney LaChance

Hope Reeney LaChance, age 90, of Hodgenville, passed away, Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick George LaChance; two daughters, Dianne Ida and Hope Mattingly; a granddaughter, Megan Young; her parents, James and Hope Reeney O’Connor; a sister, Margaret Silvia and a brother Richard Connors.

Hope is survived by six daughters, Kathleen (Jack) Smith of Elizabethtown, Karen (Heather) Amaral of Washington, Rene (Corey) Masterson of Charleston Indiana, Brenda (Mike) Mattingly of New Albany Indiana, Yvonne (Jarrod) Haub of Jeffersonville Indiana; two sons, James Kdan of Florida and Ronald (Donna) LaChance of Louisville; twelve grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, November 21, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville with Bro. Sid Lewis officiating. Private burial will follow.

Visitation will be 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday and after 9 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
