Hannah Elaine Puckett, 30, of Louisville, KY – formerly of Linwood, KY, passed away on Saturday, March 7, 2026.
She was born in Louisville, KY on July 22, 1995, to Leigh Ann Puckett. A 2013 graduate of Hart County High School with a perfect 4.0 GPA. She attended Lindsey Wilson University on an academic and soccer scholarship. She later worked in pharmacy and healthcare.
To know Hannah was to love her, she was the greatest and most loyal friend to all whom had the privilege of knowing her. She was kind, caring, loving, brilliant, hilarious, the life of any party, and brightened up every room she walked into. She had the most radiant smile; she knew how to make anyone laugh and had the best sense of humor. She had the biggest heart and could always make your day better. She loved all animals, in particular her cats Parker, and Penelope – whom she shared with her partner. As well as her friends, family, music, the beach, and painting. She was always willing to go on an adventure, lend a hand, or provide support. She was also a faithful UK basketball and Alabama football fan, no matter the outcome. She was truly one of a kind, she was gold.
She is preceded in death by her maternal great grandparents, Flora and George Shelton.
Hannah is survived by her partner Maggie Spiegel – of Louisville, KY, her mother Leigh Ann Puckett – of Linwood, KY, her grandparents Doris and Arlen Puckett – of Linwood, KY, her twin sister Haleigh Meredith (Jerrett) – of Evansville, IN, her nephew Chandler Meredith – of Evansville, IN, her beloved nurse Andrea Smith-Burdette – of New Albany, IN, and many more family members and friends.
She was cremated. A private celebration of life for close friends and family will be held in her honor at a later date.
Dixon-Rogers Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
