Gary Ellenson Obituary

Gary Bernard Ellenson, age 67 years, of Elizabethtown, formerly of San Luis Obispo, California, passed away, Sunday, December 9, 2018 at Kensington Manor in Elizabethtown.

Gary was a former service station owner and an environmental health and safety scientist. He was a member of the San Luis Obispo Rotary Club, Harley Davidson Owner’s Group and a Chevron dealer for 27 years. Gary loved motorcycles, drag racing and rebuilding cars and motorcycles.

Gary was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War.

He is survived by his wife, of 40 years, Sharon Ellenson; a sister-in-law, Sandra (Sammy) Slayton of Magnolia; a niece, Tiffany Dorris and two nephews, Don Tellis and Stephen Slayton.

In keeping with Gary’s wishes, cremation was chosen.
