Frances Geraldine Nichols (Geraldine), beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, cousin and friend went to be with Jesus on June 25, 2023, in Hodgenville. She was born on February 18, 1935, in Hardin County.
She loved the Lord and was a member of LaRue Baptist Church
Geraldine was preceded in death by her parents, Willis Hodges and Fannie Riggs Hodges, brothers, Hollis Hodges and Oswald Hodges and children, Richard Paul Fox Jr. And Melinda Cheryl Fox.
She is survived by a daughter, Karen Klein (Mike) , grandchildren, Aaron Richard Klein (Haley), Brooke Kathryn Stafford (Paul), and Megan Lynn Huber (Jason) as well as great-grandchildren, Caroline Paige Stafford, Oakley Wilder Klein and Hunter Michael Stafford.
Geraldine was a devoted and deeply loved grandmother who poured her life into her grandchildren and family, always willing to help others or provide a listening ear. She was kind and compassionate and will be dearly missed.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Sunday, July 2, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville. Burial will follow in the Red Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be 1 to 3 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
