Faye Cobb Wilson, age 101, of Magnolia, passed away, Monday, May 19, 2025, at Baptist Health Hardin.
She was a member of Magnolia Baptist Church, retired from E-Town Sportswear and served as a “Rosie the Riveter” during WWII.
Faye was preceded in death by her husband, William Wilson; her parents, Charlie Walton and Rosa Ellen Miller Cobb; a sister, Marie McFelia and a brother, Morris Cobb.
She is survived by two daughters, Janet Atwell of Georgia and Peggy Ross (Gary) Benham of Brandenburg; a son, William “Billy” (Connie) Wilson of Hodgenville; seven grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 PM (ET) Thursday, May 22, at Dixon-Rogers Funeral Home in Magnolia, Bro. Gary Talley and Gary Benham officiating. Burial will follow along side her husband, William in Knoxes Creek Church Cemetery.
Visitation will begin after 11 AM (ET) Thursday at the funeral home.
