Evelyn "Kay" Gibson Mattingly

Evelyn "Kay" Gibson Mattingly, age 70, of Hodgenville, passed away, Friday, December 30,2022, at Helmwood Healthcare in Elizabethtown.

She was a loving mother and grandmother, loved to camp and take care of her flowers.

Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Mattingly; her parents, Len and Maggie Hash Gibson; two sisters, Doris Ann Jeffries and Lorene Pierce; two brothers, Garland and Danny Gibson.

She is survived by a daughter, Erica (Todd) bunch of Hodgenville; a son, Troy (Paige) Gibson of Campbellsville; two grandchildren, Candace Gibson and Makayla Bunch; her boyfriend, Ray Renfrow of Hodgenville; a sister, Patricia (Jim) Finley of Elizabethtown and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, January 2, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville.
