Eleanor Rose Brown

Eleanor Rose Brown, age 83, of Hodgenville, passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at Sunrise Manor Nursing Home in Hodgenville.

Rose was a member of Valley Creek Baptist Church and retired housekeeping supervisor for several hotels.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Leslie Turner and May Tate Wells; three sisters, Mary Esther Mittag, Beatrice Weinberger and Geneva Deaton; five brothers, Lewis, Rev. J.C., Leslie William, Roger and Delma Wells and a great-granddaughter, Kayleonna Brown.

Rose is survived by her daughter, Sandra Brown of Canmer; her son, Randall Brown of Hodgenville; two grandchildren, April Stump of Radcliff and Amanda Donhoff of FL; a great-granddaughter, Layla Brown and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 12 noon, Tuesday, April 26, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville with Bro. Sid Lewis officiating.  Burial will follow in Red Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 PM, Monday and after 10 AM, Tuesday at the funeral home.
