Deloris Jean Mauldin, age 72 years, of Hodgenville, returned to her Heavenly Father on Sunday, July 13, 2014 at her residence.
She was born in Hardin County, member of Friendship #2 Baptist Church, and was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Jessie Murphy Gray, and three brothers, Gilbert Gray, Donnie Gray, and James "Buck" Gray.
She is survived by her husband, of 52 1/2 years, James R. Mauldin, a daughter, Debbie Morehead Mauldin of Louisville, a son, Damon (Rhonda) Mauldin of Hodgenville, four grandchildren, Tasha Morehead, Dustin (Ashley) Mauldin, Megan (Victor) Kahill, and Emily Morehead, five great-grandchildren, Keaton Morehead, Aiden Mauldin, Dylan Mauldin, Ethan Mauldin, and Riley Kahill, eight sisters, Irene (Joe) Mauldin, Mary Leona (Donald) Morgan, Lorene Mink, Wanda (Ronnie) Ramsey, Susie (Henry) Gardner, Joyce (Dale) Bales, Kathleen (David) Edlin, and Dorothy L. Frye, and a brother, Dewey (Betty) Cundiff.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at the Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville with Bro. Ronnie Ramsey officiating. Burial will follow in the Friendship #2 Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be 4-8 PM Tuesday, and after 8:30 AM Wednesday at the funeral home.
