Debbie Turner, age 71 years, of Hodgenville, passed away Wednesday, January 1, 2025, at her residence.
She was a retired production worker at ACK Controls in Glasgow, a funeral attendant at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville and Dixon-Rogers Funeral Home in Magnolia, member of First Baptist Church, Hodgenville, an avid reader, volunteer for LaRue County Reads and called “Gram” by many.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Owen Turner; her parents, Billy Dewayne “Red” and Ruth Mae Matthews Francisco and her sister, Delores Matthews.
She is survived by her son, Brad (Beth) Turner of Hodgenville; her daughter, Angie (Mark) Morris of Nolensville, TN; three grandsons, Biven Turner, Baines Turner and Matthew Morris and her brother-in-law, Daryl Matthews of Campbellsville.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 4, 2025, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville with Bros. Sid Lewis and Rodney Rogers officiating. Burial will follow in Cave City Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and after 9 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
