Chad Heath

Chad Alan Heath, age 48, of Sonora, passed away, Sunday, February 8, 2026, at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown.  

He loved fishing, watching the Atlanta Falcons, WWE, making new inventions at the house and was an avid baseball fan which resulted in his travels to many places and becoming a part of “the peanut gallery”.

Chad was preceded in death by his father, Carl Leon Heath and his beloved dog, Blitz Kane.

He is survived by a daughter, Kayla Heath; a son, Derek Heath; his mother, Vivian Heath; a sister, Carla (Mike) Graham; a niece, Carlie Graham; a nephew, Heath (Abrigail) Graham as well as numerous other family members and friends.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, February 12, 2026, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville with Bro. Ronnie Ramsey officiating. Burial will follow in Leesville Cemetery.

Visitation will be held 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, February 11, and after 9 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
