Carol Joyce Perkins

Carol Joyce Perkins, age 83, passed into the arms of Jesus on Saturday, July 16, 2022, at Sunrise Manor Nursing Home in Hodgenville, where she had resided for many years.

She was a member of Mt. Tabor Baptist Church where she was baptized as a youth.  Carol loved reading the newspaper, playing Bingo and completing Find The Word books.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Bertha Huber Perkins; three sisters, Dorothy, Hazel and Billie and a brother, Kenneth.

Carol is survived by many nieces, nephews and friends, namely Coleman and Linda Grimes, among others.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville with Rev. Daryl Coe officiating.  Burial will follow in Pleasant Ridge Separate Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation begins at 12 noon, Wednesday at the funeral home.
