Carlos Lee Stearman, age 81, of Magnolia, a native of Green County, passed away, Thursday, December 16, 2021, at Sunrise Manor Nursing Home in Hodgenville.
He was a member of Liberty Baptist Church and retired from G.E. in Louisville after almost 30 years of service.
Carlos was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Chaudoin Stearman; his parents, George Milton and Ora Whitlow Strearman; a sister, Barbara Jean Ratliff and a nephew, Jerry Dale Ratliff.
He is survived by two sons, David Lee (Martha) Stearman of Summersville and Tracy Lynn Stearman of Hodgenville; two grandchildren, Ashley Thomas and BethAnn (Jack) Nance; a sister-in-law, Janet (Jim) Lindsey; five great-grandchildren, Owen Thomas, Brady Thomas, Lance Burris, Jack Nance and Griffin Nance; three step-grandchildren, Michelle (Doug) Wells, Paula Skaggs and Suzanna (Tyrone) White; a niece, Reba (Charlie) Witty; several, step-great, step-great-great grandchildren and nephews.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. (ET) Monday, December 20, at Dixon-Rogers Funeral Home in Magnolia with Rev. Darrell Hensley officiating. Burial will follow in the Magnolia Cemetery.
Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. (ET) Sunday and after 9 a.m. (ET) on Monday at the funeral home.
