Brenda Ruth Miller, age 77, of Hodgenville, formerly of Granite City, Illinois, passed away, Wednesday, July 14, 2021, at Baptist Health Hardin.
She was a lifetime member of Bethel Chapel in Granite City and a current member of Hodgenville Pentecostal Church. She lived for her family and serving the others, she loved collecting cookbooks and flower gardening, especially roses.
Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, Phillip “Tom” and Lora Morgan Wrolen; two brothers, Carl Richard and Phillip Edward Wrolen.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Donald Miller; two daughters, Ruth (Craig) Astor of Hodgenville and Becky (Tony) Ramirez of Delaware, Ohio; Eight grandchildren, Joshua Astor, Ashley Ramirez, Andrew (Courtney) Astor, Caleb Ramirez, Benjamin (Alyse) Ramirez, Seth Ramirez, Sarah (Isaac) Asselin and Rebekah (Joshua) Sanders; five great-grandchildren, Zaxton, Zailey and Zander Astor, Logan Sanders, Noah Asselin and two additional blessings on the way.
Funeral services will be held 11 am Monday, July 19, at Hodgenville Pentecostal Church, Rev. David Webb, Bros. Andrew Astor, David Brimm and Andrew Freeman officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be 4 to 8 pm Sunday at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home and after 10 Monday at the church.
