Brenda Joyce (Turner) Bales

Brenda Joyce Turner Bales, age 75, of Hodgenville, passed away Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at Kensington Center in Elizabethtown.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Robin Denise Poore; her parents, Jerry Thomas “J.T.” and Myrtle Gray Turner and a sister, Donna Sue “Susie” White.

Brenda is survived by her son, William Burd of Hodgenville; a sister, Diane (Dale) Warren of Magnolia; a brother, Jerry Wayne (Peggy) Turner of Buffalo; her son-in-law, Jimmy Poore of Hodgenville; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Cremation was chosen and no services are planned.

Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville is in charge of the arrangements.
