Bobbie Kay Allensworth, age 69, of Elizabethtown, a native of LaRue County, passed away Monday, March 4, 2024, at Kindred Hospital in Louisville.
She loved crafting, crocheting, making dolls, genealogy and her fur babies and she never met a stranger.
Bobbie was preceded in death by her grandparents, John Jr. and Pearl Walters.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Allensworth; two daughters, Sarah Mann and her husband David of Indiana and Catherine Allensworth of Hodgenville; a son, John Golden of Hodgenville; her parents, Randall and Shirley Johnson of Magnolia; a sister, Sherry Vittitow of Magnolia; a brother, David Johnson of Magnolia; a granddaughter Elizabeth and a great-granddaughter, Lilly.
Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Friday, March 8, at Dixon-Rogers Funeral Home in Magnolia with funeral services at 1 p.m. with Bro. Dwayne Howell officiating. Burial will follow in South Fork Baptist Church Cemetery
