Betty Mae Cundiff, age 72, passed away, Thursday, November 7, 2024, in Radcliff.
She was a hairdresser; worked with children in the lunchroom for many years. She was always happy and loved life. She enjoyed country music, line dancing, watching scary movies, Betty Boop, gardening and the beach. She was a Kentucky Colonel. Most of all she loved spending time with her family and grandkids.
Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Dewey Cundiff; her parents, Reason and Ruby Holbert Woosley; a sister, Judy Woosley Webb; two brothers, Dennis “Randy” Woosley and Jack “Jackie” Woosley and a nephew, Tony Woosley.
She is survived by a daughter, LeeAnn (Thomas Sonner) LaPointe of Elizabethtown; four grandchildren, Barbara (Jay) Castillo, Breanna (Mark Amos) LaPointe, Bailey (Shane Sandfer) LaPointe, Brooke Sonner; seven great grandchildren, Annie, Easton, Elijah, Willow, Maverick, Dominic, Wesley and a brother, Robert “Bobby” Woosley of Vine Grove.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, November 11, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville. Burial will follow in Franklin Crossroads cemetery in Cecilia.
Visitation will be held 12 noon to 8 p.m. on Sunday and after 9 a.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
