Virgil Bradley Ward

Virgil Bradley Ward, age 77, of Hodgenville, passed away, Monday, August 5, 2019, at his son’s residence in Radcliff.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Damon Lee and Elva Helm Ward and two brothers, Blaine Ward and Fred Ward.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Phyllis June Porter Ward; a son, David Lee (Tina) Ward of Radcliff; a sister, Geneva Tucker of Hodgenville; a brother, Wendell (Nancy) Ward of Hodgenville and three grandchildren, Samantha Leigh-Ann Ward, Damon Lee Johnson and Margaret Ellen Johnson all of Hodgenville.

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM, Thursday, August 8, 2019, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home with Rev. Gerald Gardner officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Zion Separate Baptist Church Cemetery near Magnolia.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 PM, Wednesday and after 9 AM, Thursday at the funeral home.
