Phillip Michael Boone

Phillip Michael Boone, age 42, of Magnolia, passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2019, at T. J. Samson Hospital in Glasgow.

He was a member of Boiling Springs Baptist Church and was an EMT with LaRue County and Barren-Metcalfe EMS.

He was preceded in death by a son, Anthony James-Lee “A.J.” Boone; his father, Phillip Lee Boone and his paternal grandparents, Louis and Clarice Boone.

Michael is survived by his wife, Marci Boone; a son, Austin Mikel (Sam) Boone of Louisville; a daughter, Kadence Leigh Coffman of Magnolia; his mother, Donna Boone (James) Williamson; a brother, Anthony (Christina) Boone of Magnolia; his maternal grandparents, Johnnie and Mae Slayton; two nephews, a niece, several cousins and all his EMS family.

Funeral services will be held at 1 PM (ET), Friday, March 8, 2019, at Dixon-Rogers Funeral Home in Magnolia with Bro. Curtis Slinker officiating.  Burial will follow in the Linwood Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 PM (ET) Thursday and after 9 AM (ET) Friday at the funeral home.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the family to help with funeral and medical expenses.
