Betty Jean (Robinson) Gore

Betty Jean Robinson Gore, age 74, of Linwood, passed away Wednesday, December 26, 2018, at her brother’s residence in Canmer.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Dulcie Meredith Robinson; a sister, Rita Duvall and three brothers, Jimmy, Frank and Donald Robert Robinson.

She is survived by a son, Mark (Cynthia) Benningfield of Elizabethtown; two daughters, Anita (Harold) Clark of Horse Cave and Pamela (Donald) Chesser of Willisburg; a brother, Wayne (Libbie) Robinson of Canmer; four sisters, Mae (Johnnie) Slayton of Magnolia, Phyllis (Jimmy) Humphrey and Brenda (David) Srygler, all of Canmer and Sue Moulden of Edmonton; eight grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM (ET), Saturday, December 29, 2018, at Dixon-Rogers Funeral Home in Magnolia with Bro. Jr. Murphy and Bishop Allen Dice officiating.  Burial will follow at 2 PM (ET) in Randolph Cemetery in Metcalfe County.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 PM (ET), Friday and after 9 AM (ET) Saturday at the funeral home.
